Bah this one messes with me a bit. It looks like there's a piece cut out (the dark reddish area) but its flat. It's got a weird illusion of depth. I really like it. Would be impressive in person.

An appropriate title for a chaotic composition; it certainly has an unstable aesthetic.

your painting technique is very nice. is it just with paint spatula, or is there brushwork as well? also, how is the surface texture of this painting in particular? is it smooth, or textured because of the technique? sorry for so many questions, i just have become more interested in abstract acrylic works myself lately.

Thank You. This one has been partly done with knife and partly with foams and brush.
The surface is mostly smooth in this one, it is due to the knife and foam. Also, sometimes I use mediums to make the whole smoother, like a mirror surface.

Like a tower of rock, poking through the clouds. Marvelous imagery!

also
(dunno if i asked this allready, but it comes to my mind so heavyly when i look at this)
it seems you had a layer of the red
and then painted over with grey white

if so

how do you manage
to dare to loose parts of you painting forever
parts that pretty clearly look so endlessly beautifull
?
???
